“We really appreciate the personalization given by you and your staff. We love the teaching aspect during the yearly exams – it’s not just a look over. We love the cleanliness of the clinic, the girls and even their rotating uniforms (yes, we notice). The pet’s of the month and the Pet memorial page placed in the local newspaper shows how much all of you care and was honestly the reason we chose to come to you in the first place! We moved to the area from Northern, WI 2 years ago and had the same vet for 16 years. He was outstanding and we felt his clinic was too. We never thought we would find anything close when we moved. You have far exceeded our previous vet and that was not easy task. Our “pets” are our kids! They mean the world to us and you seem to understand that. Our only suggestion is don’t change!
